Job Description

At Main Event, our Party Hosts are the life of the party and create unforgettable birthday memories. As a Party Host, you are enthusiastic, relentless in creating fun birthday celebrations, and manage all event details so parents don’t have to, while maintaining high safety and sanitation standards.

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage arriving birthday parties and serve as their host throughout the scheduled activities.
• Create memorable experiences by interacting with party guests.
• Monitor events, anticipate party needs, and assist the party parent or planner.
• Gather and store birthday gifts and cake (if applicable).
• Process payment transactions and welcome guests back.
• Set up, break down, and clean before and after each party event.

• Prior food and beverage or Party Host experience is a plus, but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork – must collaborate with team members.
• Attention to detail and strong multi-tasking skills.
• Effective communication with management, team members, and guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.

• Salary: $12 – $14.5 per hour.
• Salary range: $15 – $17.2 per hour.
