Event Staff/ Venue Crew, Event Manager / Planner
Job Description:
At Main Event, our Games Attendants are at the center of the action on our games floor! You are technologically savvy, outgoing, and create fun memories for our guests. You are knowledgeable about all games and entertainment options and can recommend based on guests’ interests and needs. You monitor event activities and safety protocols, advise on point redemption, provide exceptional service, perform minor repairs, and partner with the Technical Team to report wear-and-tear.
You uphold the highest standards in safety and sanitation.
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards
- Welcome and engage all guests, acting as an ambassador of fun
- Monitor activities such as Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean, and safe
- Assist guests with point redemption and game instructions
- Perform minor game and laser tag vest repairs
- Partner with the Technical Team to report wear-and-tear and damage to games or equipment
- Carry out opening, mid‑day, or closing duties as needed
- Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
- Guest‑focused mindset
- Technologically savvy and willing to learn new tools
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Effective communication with management, team members, and guests
- Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends

Salary Compensation is from $12 - $14.25 per hour. Salary Range: $15 - $16.95 per hour.
