A leading ammunition manufacturer located in Independence, MO, is seeking a Financial Analyst to provide financial reporting support, perform cost analysis, and participate in budgeting cycles. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 3 years of experience in a relevant field, and strong GAAP knowledge. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems is highly desirable.

You will work closely with production and finance teams to drive business decisions and cost efficiency.
