National Settlements Custody Relationship Manager

• Serve as a key partner to one or more Relationship Managers for National Settlements and Custody accounts
• Provide administrative, operational, and client service support for a portfolio of accounts
• Process daily account activities accurately and timely, including cash movements, securities settlements, trade processing, account maintenance, and client servicing requests
• Support administration and ongoing servicing of custody and settlement relationships
• Coordinate account administration activities with Relationship Managers and internal business partners
• Obtain and review account documentation
• Process account maintenance requests
• Ensure transactions and account-related functions comply with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Service existing accounts and set up new accounts
• Support day-to-day money movements, including ACH, wires, and checks
• Ensure compliance with custody and trust rules
• Identify process improvement opportunities and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with internal teams and assist with complex issues
• Ensure a positive customer experience and manage risks
• Perform additional assigned duties and responsibilities

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 1 or more years of Customer Service or Client Support experience
• Customer-focused, highly organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
