Shower Aide; CNA

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Carmel Hills Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a caring and dependable Shower Aide (CNA) to help our residents maintain comfort, dignity, and quality of life. If you have a heart for caring and enjoy making a difference through hands‑on support, we’d love to meet you.

• Assist residents with showers, bathing, and personal hygiene
• Provide routine nursing care under the direction of the Charge Nurse or RN Supervisor
• Support residents with daily activities, including making beds and maintaining clean bedside areas
• Ensure fresh water and basic comfort needs are met
• Observe and report any changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment for residents

• Current CNA license (required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (required)
• Minimum 6 months CNA or clinical experience preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused mindset
• Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented

• Consistent daytime schedule (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
