Employment Type: Part-time (20 hours)

In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat clients experiencing crises, utilizing evidence-based interventions. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments and collaborating with clients to create personalized treatment plans that foster recovery and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and family counseling in various settings tailored to client needs.
  • Complete intake/screening and comprehensive assessments within designated time frames.
  • Develop and document individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
  • Participate in clinical meetings, providing feedback on cases.
  • Maintain accurate documentation aligned with regulatory standards.
  • Facilitate group counseling and therapy sessions, including trauma-informed care.
  • Manage crisis situations, offering immediate support and intervention.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service authorization.
  • Represent the agency professionally in the community.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential

Qualifications:

  • Must possess at least a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
  • Holds licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Missouri.
  • Must be willing to become licensed in additional states as required.
  • Comfortable providing telehealth services (training will be provided).

Additional Qualifications:

  • Current driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Knowledge of Collaborative Service Goals (CSGs) and commitment to ongoing training requirements.

Physical Requirements:

  • ADA Consideration - Sedentary work:
    Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, or pull.
  • Jobs involve sitting most of the time but may include brief periods of walking or standing.
