Job Summary:
The Compliance Partner is a vital role that focuses on the effective implementation and coordination of compliance policies, ensuring that our organization adheres to relevant laws and corporate standards. Your efforts will directly contribute to fostering an environment of integrity and accountability.
In this position, you will carry out day-to-day compliance activities, develop meaningful training programs, and investigate reports of misconduct. You will also identify non-conformance trends, implement corrective action plans, and support leadership in ensuring a culture of compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate corporate compliance trainings and programs tailored to various audiences.
- Investigate hotline calls and reports of non-conformance, preparing thorough final reports documenting findings.
- Collaborate with leadership to monitor compliance-related activities, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Implement metrics to regularly monitor associates’ compliance training completion and report outcomes.
- Support the development of compliance-related articles and present ongoing training programs focused on identified trends.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Preferred experience in Mental Health and/or Substance Use Disorder services.
- Experience in healthcare-related compliance is preferred.
- Familiarity with compliance-related software.
Additional Qualifications:
- Successful completion of background checks including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint checks.
- Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
Physical Requirements:
- ADA Consideration - Sedentary work:
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects. - Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.
