Job Description:
Inpatient Pharmacy role covering the entire hospital with responsibility for medication management, including compounding, verifying, and supervising pharmacy technicians during the night shift.
Responsibilities:
Vancomycin / Aminoglycoside / Anticoagulant dosing
Pain consults
Medication Verification
Supervising technicians compounding sterile IV, checking Pyxis, first doses, emergency med boxes
Requirements:
Degree from an accredited Pharmacy School
Licensed to practice Pharmacy in MO
ACLS / BLS
NICU experience
Requirements
