Medical Radiologic Technology Department Chair​/Instructor

Overview

On-site, days Monday–Friday. Salary starts at $82,000 and increases with experience. State Technical College of Missouri is accepting applications for a full-time, 12-month annual contract, exempt, and benefit-eligible Medical Radiologic Technology Instructor to begin in July (Fall 2026 semester).

• Assure effective program operations.
• Oversee ongoing program accreditation and assessment processes.
• Participate in budget planning.
• Participate in didactic and/or clinical instruction, as appropriate.
• Maintain current knowledge of the professional discipline and educational methodologies through continuing professional development.
• Assume the leadership role in the continued development of the program.
• Additional duties include student recruitment, advisement and college service.

• Master's degree (minimum).
• Proficient in curriculum design, evaluation, instruction, program administration, and academic advising.
• Documents 3 years' clinical experience in the professional discipline.
• Documents 2 years' experience as an instructor in a JRCERT-accredited program.
• Holds current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification and registration, or equivalent, in Radiography.
