Position Overview
Full‑time MR Technologist (Imaging) at Barnes‑Jewish Hospital MRI Department. 36‑hour per week overnight shifts (Wed/Thu/Fri, 6 pm‑6:30 am or 5 pm‑6:30 am). 5% Advanced Modality Differential. Eligible for a $5,000 sign‑on bonus. Benefits available.

- Night shift hours: overnight (Wed/Thu/Fri) – 12‑hour (6 pm‑6:30 am) or 13‑hour (5 pm‑6:30 am)
- Full‑time – 36 hours per week

- Magnetic Resonance Imaging
- Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R) and/or MR)
- Associate’s Degree or trade school equivalency (or higher)
- Experience in MRI, CT, RT, X‑ray, radiology, medical imaging, or related modalities is preferred.

Role PurposePerform diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (CT, MRI, interventional, mammography, bone density, cardiac catheterization) on adults and/or pediatric patients for diagnosis and/or treatment, and quality control.
Responsibilities- Prepare patients and equipment for procedures.
- Perform studies independently, in on‑call situations, portable exams, and other sites as required by the work area.
- Associate or trade school equivalency; no experience required.
- No supervisor experience required.
- Licenses & certifications: IEMA – Illinois only (exclude MRIRTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES).
- Preferred:
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, Intravenous Therapy.
