** Varied 8-hour shifts between 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday; rotating every 4th Saturday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

* As a Phlebotomist, you serve as an important connection between patients and healthcare providers. ** What You'll Do*
* + Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary collection techniques while following established procedures

+ Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties with accuracy and professionalism

+ Verify patient identification, demographic information, and specimen labeling to ensure compliance and accuracy

+ Prepare specimens for laboratory testing and maintain required records and documentation

+ Travel between multiple Patient Service Centers and In-Office Phlebotomy locations as business needs require

+ Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-focused environment at all times

+ Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume setting while maintaining specimen integrity

+ Demonstrate leadership behaviors and provide outstanding customer service to patients, clients, and team members

** What We're Looking For*
* + A current, up-to-date resume

+ High school diploma or equivalent required

+ Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections

+ Excellent phlebotomy and specimen handling skills

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

+ Strong customer service and communication skills

+ Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with a clean driving record, if applicable

+ Ability to travel between multiple work locations with minimal notice

+ Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred

+ Phlebotomy certification preferred

+ Minimum of 2 years of Patient Service Center experience preferred

+ Keyboard and data entry experience

+ Flexible availability to support rotating Saturdays, overtime, holidays, and other staffing needs

+ Ability to meet compliance requirements
