What You'll Do

Develop People

• Conduct monthly coaching conversations
• Help team members achieve personal and professional goals
• Create growth and development plans
• Support Team Leads in becoming stronger leaders
• Identify and develop future leaders

Build Culture

• Protect and strengthen our core values
• Create an environment of accountability and encouragement
• Celebrate wins and recognize growth
• Help employees feel supported, challenged, and valued

Recruit Great People

• Build relationships with future team members
• Lead internship and recruiting efforts
• Partner with local schools and industry contacts
• Help us attract people who align with our mission and culture

Support Business Growth

• Monitor key team performance metrics
• Improve retention, rebooking, and team engagement
• Help create a stronger, healthier business through stronger people
