Human Resource Manager

The name Three Trails was selected to honor the historical significance of the city of Independence as the starting point for the Santa Fe, Oregon and California Trails. The logo icon is a compass, which is symbolic of way finding, and metaphorically the personal journey to recovery. The Groundbreaking for the new hospital was held in January 2025. Beam topping was held in July 2025.

The facility is open as of September 2026.Three Trails Behavioral Hospital will serve children and adolescents, adults and seniors with innovative and evidence-based inpatient behavioral healthcare focused on individual needs and comfort.

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager
to join our team. This position provides professional level support to key human resource functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and workforce development. Ensures HR activities are in compliance with State and Federal laws, licensing and accreditation bodies, and facility contracts.

• Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
• 3 years HR experience required, and 5 years of healthcare experience preferred.
• PHR, SPHR or GPHR certification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required and an understanding of Federal and State employment laws and regulations related to HR.
• Knowledge of The Joint Commission (TJC) standards preferred.
