Job Goal
To assist the IT department in wiring Chromebook Carts, parting out Chromebooks, take down Projectors and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities- Wire Chromebook Carts with USB C Power Supplies
- Disassemble Chromebooks and separate components into separate boxes
- Remove projectors and Smartboards from classrooms
- Move Technology around the district
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to stay on task
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Ability to work on a ladder
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and push frequently. Many duties will involve moderate to heavy physical exercise and exertion.

Reports ToLead Technician
Terms Of EmploymentSummer technology assistant(s) will be employed for up to twelve weeks after schools have dismissed for the summer (maximum of 480 hours).
EvaluationThe technology assistant will be evaluated by the immediate supervisor, using the Independence School District Technology Staff Performance Based Evaluation.
