• Troubleshoot user issues and conduct end-user training
• Develop system and programming specifications that align with user and organizational needs
• Build, maintain, and optimize Epic oncology and infusion center workflows
• Participate in system testing, upgrades, and reporting activities

• Minimum of 2 years of applicable experience
• Associate Degree
• IT specific certification in various areas
• Ability to understand and follow change control documentation and governance processes
• Strong skills in system design, documentation, and user engagement

• Certification in Willow Inpatient, Epic Care Ambulatory, Epic Beacon Oncology, and Epic Genomics
• Experience working with third-party vendors on technical requests and enhancements
• Familiarity with high-cost drug charging and revenue cycle tasks
