Director Enterprise Order Management Platform
Job located in O'Fallon, Missouri.
OverviewLead the Cloud Order Management platform implementation and long‑term ownership, ensuring integration across order‑to‑cash processes and enabling scalable delivery of business programs.
In This Position, You Will- Own end‑to‑end strategy, roadmap, governance, and operational readiness for the cloud Order Management platform.
- Lead design and delivery oversight for primary integrations (billing system, CRM system, payment system) ensuring resiliency, data integrity, and reconciliation.
- Provide deep understanding of Order‑to‑Cash workflows and how OM integrates with billing systems.
- Establish a team and operating model that supports Dev teams and release management with clear requirements, integration mappings, test strategies, cut‑over planning, and production readiness.
- Oversee the run/maintain model for OM including incident triage, root‑cause coordination, vendor engagement, escalation, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with OM operations and business owners to define workflows, enable adoption, deliver training, and identify automation opportunities.
- Build and lead a team of integration/project analysts, system analysts, and operational support functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Business, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Advanced expertise in Order Management platforms and Order‑to‑Cash processes.
- Strong experience leading enterprise OM implementations and integrations, including cloud‑to‑on‑prem integration patterns.
- Hands‑on integration leadership across key platforms:
Cloud OM, CRM system, Payment system, Billing platforms. - Experience leading complex cross‑functional delivery, including design workshops, configuration decisions, testing, cut‑over, and go‑live stabilization.
- Strong leadership presence with ability to influence stakeholders and drive governance.
- Excellent communication skills translating technical topics into actionable plans.
- Strong prioritization, execution rigor, and ability to operate in ambiguity.
- Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of accessed information.
- Report any suspected information security violation or breach.
- Complete all mandatory security trainings.
