Responsibilities
- Install and prepare computers and software for new employees and help provide them with the best experience possible.
- Support Tom Tom employees in daily issues regarding their hardware or software.
- Perform user account management (Active Directory).
- Help internal customers via face‑to‑face, mail, phone, and call‑tracking system.
- Align with other Support Engineers throughout different regions within the global team to participate in our global strategy.
- Located in Detroit, USA.
- Enrolled in university or have a student permit to work – we do not sponsor for this role.
- Eligible to start a full‑time internship (40 hours per week) for 6 months starting from September 2026.
- Fluent in English.
- Have troubleshooting skills and be eager to learn.
- Have good communication skills and enjoy teamwork.
