The Larson Group Peterbilt is seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Technician to join our team. This role collaborates with the Business Systems Manager and department managers to improve dealership efficiency and daily uptime, providing level one and two user support for CDK and other applications.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Associate degree or 2–4 years in automotive customer support, strong Windows skills, and knowledge of cyber security.
