Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member
  :
  Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, educate associates on tools and resources, communicate effectively with team members, and be flexible to business needs by working in other areas.
• Be an Expert
  :
  Prepare food according to item specifications, plan future production and mass productions, prepare for seasonality, adhere to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines, maintain cold chain compliance and inventory management, operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment, and demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution.
• Be a Techie
  :
  Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for real‑time decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick‑up orders, training, and product quality, and encourage adoption of new tools.
• Be an Owner
  :
  Drive the performance of the area, stock and rotate merchandise, ensure quality and date‑control standards, eliminate waste, provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs, assist members with purchasing decisions and payment types, locate merchandise, and resolve member issues and concerns.
• Be a Talent Ambassador
  :
  Be a brand advocate; develop, influence, and inspire others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team‑oriented style; understand roadblocks and assist in training.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, use the Open Door Policy, and apply these in executing business processes.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers and co‑workers, identify priorities and deadlines, communicate progress, recommend improvement opportunities, and adapt to change.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successfully complete all required training and assessments within the prescribed time period.
• Food Safety Certification (Food Service Food Handler Certification).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
