• Work directly with the General Manager (GM) to ensure revenue growth through guest count and core sales mix.
• Coach and execute excellent customer service while creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Set a positive example as a leader, building team engagement and efficiency.
• Develop teammates through internal training, providing ongoing guidance, coaching, and direction.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed consistently.
• Carry out inventory management, cash handling, guest issue resolution, and other project duties.
• Assist the GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, financial performance, and expense controls.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable service center per the Guide to Excellence (GTE).
• Provide guidance and mentoring to automotive technicians and Customer Service Associates.
• Perform opening and closing duties when the GM is absent.
• Build and maintain an engaged workforce that reflects customer volume and business needs.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings, setting direction to achieve business goals.
• Manage inventory and product orders to meet business needs.
• Adhere to and hold others accountable for all safety and productivity rules and regulations.
• Assist guests with questions and needs, in person, electronically, or via telephone.

• One to three years of retail management experience; professional automotive experience is not required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Sound business sense and comprehensive understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that drive sales and service results.
• Positive, helpful attitude with a professional appearance at all times.
• Enjoys and is energized by a fast‑paced, flexible, high‑performance retail environment.
• “Guest First” mindset.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to stand for extended periods on hard surfaces.
• Comfortable working in environments with hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
