Senior Director, Operations

• Provide leadership for Operations within North America
• Deliver overall financial commitment for North America Operations
• Provide strategic development and drive implementation of lean operating culture
• Ensure the safety of all Team Members and proper environmental maintenance
• Ensure all quality policies and procedures are followed, including documentation of deviations from standard workflow
• Evaluate key business challenges and direct development of innovative solutions
• Achieve required financial performance (P&L)
• Meet customer production and quality requirements
• Launch new programs
• Drive ongoing improvements in safety culture and performance
• Develop talent for future succession within Operations
• Travel to manufacturing facilities or customer locations when required

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• Seven plus years prior management experience required
• Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Complex analysis and ability to present complex information for others to understand
• Strategic planning, project management and organizational development
• Ability to influence organizations
• Willingness and ability to travel, as necessary
• Must wear proper personal protection equipment while on manufacturing floor
• Proper training required for equipment used to avoid injury

Demonstrates strong leadership in Operations with a focus on financial performance, strategic planning, and the implementation of lean operating culture. Capable of developing talent and driving safety and quality improvements while effectively communicating complex information.
