Cosmetics Brand Manager

To grow the Sales and Service of a specific brand by increasing personal productivity and the

productivity of the Beauty Advisors assigned to the zone.

The Brand Leader will lead the zone,

as well as all 0xx associates, by teaching product knowledge and the artistry and service skills

needed for consistent brand growth.

Job Description

Along with the Beauty Sales Manager and Zone Leader, the Brand Leader is responsible for the

daily in-store coaching and development of new and existing Beauty Advisors for a specific

brand within a zone.

The Brand Leader will work and sell side by side with the Zone associates,

while modeling, teaching, and coaching the Beauty Institute behaviors that lead to increased

sales and service indicators.

Along with the Beauty Sales Manager and Zone Leader, the Brand

Leader will work with the brand’s Vendor Partner on all support needed to drive Basic and

Promotional business, both in-store and outside of the store. This position reports to the Beauty

Sales Manager and Zone Leader.

Bonus Potential

When Brand Leader’s PERSONAL monthly Selling Goal is met, Brand Leader will receive a

monthly bonus. When Brand Leader’s BRAND exceeds Last Year or “S” Plan, whichever is

greater, Brand Leader receives a monthly bonus. Brand Leader is eligible for brand incentives

within the assigned zone, once the goal is achieved.

Job Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent experience.

Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

Ability to build positive and productive relationships—with clients, management, and

team.

Exhibits sound business judgment and agility.

Demonstrates leadership ability; proven ability to manage, develop and motivate others

while driving company objectives.

Prior selling, customer service and leadership experience required.

Highly motivated and results-oriented.

Close attention to detail and organizational ability.
