We are seeking a hands‑on Manufacturing Engineer to support and improve production operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and driving quality through strong technical expertise and problem‑solving.
This position will work closely with production and maintenance teams to analyze root causes, resolve process issues, and implement improvements that enhance overall performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and analyze manufacturing processes and systems
- Improve, document, and standardize existing production processes
- Diagnose manufacturing and process‑related issues and implement solutions
- Recommend and execute process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
- Support production and maintenance teams with troubleshooting and problem‑solving
- Assist with machine setup, equipment failures, and product specification deviations
- Inspect parts during production to ensure compliance with specifications
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and workflow
- Maintain professionalism when working cross‑functionally with production, leadership, and external partners
- Handle sensitive manufacturing and technical information with confidentiality
- 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and production techniques
- Experience in metal fabrication and welded assemblies preferred
- Proven ability to analyze root causes and solve complex process and quality issues
- Hands‑on experience with manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting, and process improvements
- Strong understanding of process control and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to develop and maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports
- Effective time and resource management skills to meet production and quality goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across departments
- Self‑motivated with a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset
