• A few years of experience in formulation chemistry with household cleaning products (something close to thiswould be acceptable)
• Pharmaceutical experience is not a fit for this role

The Chemist will specialize in the development of household cleaning products. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands‑on experience in formulatingand optimizing products in various forms, including cast, gel, powder, andextruded formats. This role will involve the creation of new products, improving existing formulations, and ensuring product stability and efficacy.

• Develop and optimize formulations for household cleaning products, including cast, gel, powder, and extrusion-based products
• Conduct research and development to innovate new product concepts and improve existing product lines
• Perform laboratory experiments, stability testing, and scale‑up trials to ensure product performance and safety
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, production, and quality assurance, to bring new products to market
• Maintain accurate records of formulations, experimental procedures, and results
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements
• Troubleshoot formulation issues and provide technical support to manufacturing teams
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in formulation chemistry within the household cleaning products industry
• Proven experience in developing cast, gel, powder, and extrusion-based products
• Strong understanding of surfactants, emulsifiers, gelling agents, and other key ingredients used in household cleaning products
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment used in formulation development
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
