Winchester Lake City Production Packer - Ammunition

Location:

Independence, MO

Salary: $20.60 per hour

Schedule:

4–10 hour shifts with overtime as needed, up to 60 hours a week. Multiple shifts available:
Days, Nights, Weekends.

• Sorts, cleans, and separates ammunition for packing.
• Moves materials and finished ammunition.
• Operates bandoleer filling and stamping machines.
• Visually inspects and/or feeds components into the machine.
• Maintains equipment and work area in a clean and safe condition.
• Uses electric lift/cart and two‑wheel dolly.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a physical, drug screen, and background check if job offer is received and accepted.
• Prior full‑time work experience preferred; manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods, lift/carry up to 50 pounds, and push up to 100 pounds.
• Willingness to work any shift, including overtime, up to 20 hours per week, per union contract.

• Required to be an Employee Possessor pursuant to U.S. Department of Justice and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives regulations.
• Authorized to access ITAR‑controlled technical data, contingent upon an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, approved for unescorted access under U.S. Army and Department of Defense access policies.
