This role offers hands‑on exposure to production operations, inventory management, quality control, workflow planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll work closely with leadership while gaining a deep understanding of the business and products.
What You'll Do- Lead daily production activities and workflow
- Manage inventory and material requirements
- Allocate work orders and support production teams
- Assist with quality control and process improvements
- Support equipment maintenance and operational efficiency
- Onboard and train new employees
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Mechanical aptitude and curiosity
- Highly trainable with a desire to learn
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated
- Leadership experience or leadership potential
- Proficiency with Excel and technology
- Manufacturing, operations, inventory, or production experience preferred
