As a Production Supervisor
, you are responsible for meeting aggressive production requirements while maintaining a culture of safety, quality, and production.

• Direct hourly manufacturing workforce to meet company/departmental objectives.
• Provide training and cross‑training for all employees to ensure a versatile workforce.
• Complete all routine paperwork, reports, timecards, and schedules in accordance with company/departmental objectives.
• Effectively communicate with peers, subordinates, and management.
• Support and implement management philosophy and vision.
• Contribute and make recommendations to control and reduce departmental and overall costs.
  
  Lead 6s and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• 3–5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven team‑building and supervisory skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and MS Office experience.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with industry‑standard equipment and technical expertise.
• Knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, and inventory.
• Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.
