St. Louis, MO | Full-Time | $75,000-$95,000+

We are a well-established, family-owned manufacturer with more than 80 years of success producing high-quality tubular components and welded assemblies. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer who enjoys solving production challenges, improving manufacturing processes, and making a measurable impact on operations.

• Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and quality.
• Analyze production issues and identify root causes using sound engineering principles.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize workflow.
• Support production by troubleshooting equipment issues and manufacturing process deviations.
• Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve manufacturing challenges.
• Validate product specifications and ensure compliance throughout production.
• Document manufacturing processes, procedures, and engineering changes.
• Participate in new process implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate engineering records and technical documentation.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related discipline)
• 8+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience
• Experience in metal fabrication, welding, or welded assemblies strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and process improvement
• Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
