• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Create compelling marketing content including email campaigns, website content, blogs, social media, and promotional materials
• Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives
• Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns
• Assist with social media strategy, content planning, and publishing
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, promotions, and company initiatives
• Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Stay current on marketing trends and best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of professional marketing experience
• Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Experience with email marketing platforms
• Experience managing social media for a business or brand
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or other marketing analytics tools
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
