Cardiology Heart Failure and Transplant

• Join a team of three other APPs
• Support physician in the inpatient care units
• Conduct post-hospital visits specific to heart failure, and post-clinic visits

• Masters of Science in Nursing required, ability to obtain Missouri licensure
• Ideal candidate will have cardiology experience—heart failure specifically would be ideal
