Job Details- Schedule:
Monday‑Friday, 8 a‑5 p. - NO nights/weekends/holidays or call!
- Community‑based program – build rapport with patients in an intimate setting
- Mileage reimbursement available
- Enjoy practicing autonomously with virtual support from a tight‑knit team of a collaborating physician and peer APPs
- Comprehensive financial package

- Graduate of nationally accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
- Current NP licensure in Missouri
- Ability to work autonomously
- Experience in palliative care, hospice, or geriatrics required
