Job SummaryAs a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Carmel Hills, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients on our day shift. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Delivering patient‑centered care

Assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing effective interventions to promote optimal health outcomes. - Medication administration

Safely administering medications as ordered by physicians and monitoring patient responses. - Wound care and treatment

Providing specialized wound care and treatment to patients with varying wound types and severity. - Venous access
:
Establishing and maintaining venous access devices, such as IV lines and ports. - Documentation and communication
:
Accurately documenting patient care and communicating effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care. - Collaboration and team building

Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve patient‑centered goals and supporting a positive and respectful work environment.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Missouri.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
