LPN​/RN Weekends

Rosewood Rehab & Healthcare center is a skilled nursing community, who strives to provide clinical excellence and compassionate care to our residents. We are looking for LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse to join our clinical team in maintaining high level resident care. Are you a LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse or RN – Registered Nurse?

Shift Type: 12-hour

• Current license as a LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse or RN – Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri.
• Vaccination against COVID-19 (or a willingness to get it).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
• You encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• You create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Collect, track, and maintain patient history; record any new data.
• Take vitals, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.
• Take instruction from and report updates to registered nurse/overseeing physician.
