Key Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate nursing care and support to individuals receiving behavioral health and substance use disorder services

Assess clients' physical and emotional health needs and contribute to individualized treatment planning

Administer medications and monitor client progress, responses to treatment, and overall wellbeing

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care Educate clients and family members about mental health conditions, treatment options, medications, and self-care strategies

Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams regarding client status, concerns, and treatment recommendations

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards

Promote a safe, supportive, and recovery-oriented environment that respects the dignity and individuality of each client

Education, Experience, and/or Credential

Qualifications:

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Missouri Ability to provide nursing services in accordance with professional standards of practice

Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use disorders preferred

Additional Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary treatment team Commitment to providing compassionate, person-centered care Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
