Contract and PRN staff will float first to like unit

Goal setting with patients, hourly rounding, bedside shift report

Well kept rehab unit with all private rooms, new equipment and all room set up as Rehab Suites. 1
- Week orientation will be included in contract to ensure the highest quality of care on the Rehab Center and other floors. Current staff on the unit have 4 years or greater experience as RN. Block schedule available per request.
