Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a rewarding opportunity in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation nursing? Join our dedicated nursing team and provide exceptional care to residents in a supportive Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
We are hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for day shift (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) and night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). In this role, you will provide direct resident care, oversee clinical services, support nursing staff, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes and resident satisfaction.

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Complete nursing documentation and maintain accurate medical records
Develop, implement, and update resident care plans
Communicate effectively with physicians, families, therapists, CNAs, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure quality resident care
Respond appropriately to resident needs, emergencies, and changes in health status
Follow all state, federal, and facility regulations, including infection prevention and safety standards
Maintain a safe, clean, and compassionate environment for residents
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program
Current and active RN license in the state of practice
Current BLS/CPR certification
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC), rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing experience preferred
Minimum of 2 years nursing experience preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply
Strong assessment, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff and healthcare professionals
