Modern Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility

As a Registered Nurse at Carmel Hills Wellness & Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional resident care and supporting positive clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing assistants and support staff
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medical records
• Collaborate with therapists, physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
• Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment for residents

• Current Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
• Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical assessment skills
• Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, or Post-Acute Care experience preferred but not required
• New Graduate RNs are encouraged to apply
