RN Quality Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Influence patient care through open, collaborative relationships with your direct manager and participation in hospital councils and national nursing initiatives.
• Help shape decisions that elevate patient outcomes and the future of nursing.
• Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives.

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 2 years of quality or performance improvement experience (preferred)
