Job Summary

Join a high-acuity Medical Surgical team at a leading Level I Trauma facility and advance your nursing career in a dynamic acute care environment. This role offers the opportunity to care for adult patients with a variety of medical, surgical, cardiac, neurological, nephrology, orthopedic, and post-operative conditions. Nurses in this unit gain valuable experience managing complex patient populations while working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team focused on exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact RN License required
• ADN or BSN from an accredited School of Nursing required
• BLS Certification required upon hire
• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience required
• Acute care experience does not need to be recent

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $30.04 – $41.50 per hour (based on experience)
• Night Shift Differential: $4.00 per hour
• Weekend Differential: $4.00 per hour
• Sign-On Bonus:
  Up to $10,000 for Night Shift candidates
• Relocation Assistance:
  Available on a case-by-case basis
