? Join our dedicated nursing team and provide exceptional care to residents in a supportive Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment. We are hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for day shift (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) and night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). In this role, you will provide direct resident care, oversee clinical services, support nursing staff, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes and resident satisfaction.

• $1,500 Sign-On Bonus paid quarterly after 90 days of employment for one year

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
• Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Complete nursing documentation and maintain accurate medical records
• Develop, implement, and update resident care plans
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, therapists, CNAs, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure quality resident care
• Respond appropriately to resident needs, emergencies, and changes in health status
• Follow all state, federal, and facility regulations, including infection prevention and safety standards
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compassionate environment for residents

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program
• Current and active RN license in the state of practice
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC), rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing experience preferred
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply
• Strong assessment, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff and healthcare professionals
