Hourly Weekend Pay Rate: $45.00

Schedule:

• Serve as a consistent clinical presence by assessing and responding to student health needs across a large, open campus with multiple residential homes
• Monitor
  vitals
  , administer medications, and track health status and progress
• Communicate with families and the care team by sharing updates and contributing to care decisions
• Ensure accuracy and compliance by documenting medications, including controlled substances, each shift
• Provide additional coverage
  , as needed, to support floor staff to maintain safe and consistent operations
• Respond to behavioral and medical situations using de-escalation and intervention training
• Observe, document, and report changes in mood, behavior, and overall health

Required

Certifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri
• CPR Certification
• Must be prepared to establish a CAQH profile and obtain a National Provider Identifier (NPI) as part of the onboarding process.

Required Skills:

• Experience in medication administration and patient care
• Knowledge of medical terminology, nursing techniques, and documentation standards
• Ability to assess vital signs and communicate medical information
• Ability to perform the physical demands of the role
  , including frequent standing, walking across a large campus, and responding safely and effectively during crisis situations.

Preferred Experience:

• Bedside hospital experience
• Experience in diabetic care
• Experience in Psychiatric Nursing
