Key Responsibilities- Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, reporting changes promptly.
- Perform ordered procedures, monitor responses, and document care accurately.
- Administer medications and respond to adverse reactions appropriately.
- Respond to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve issues swiftly.
- Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and medications.
- RN license with Associate Degree or Diploma.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and compassionate care skills.
The role requires adherence to hospital standards, collaboration within multidisciplinary teams, and a commitment to providing dignified, personalized care in a state-of-the-art facility. Candidates must demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and a dedication to improving patient outcomes.
