The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides compassionate, hands‑on care to residents while promoting dignity, independence, safety, and comfort. Working under the supervision of a licensed nurse, you’ll assist residents with activities of daily living and play a vital role in helping them achieve the highest possible quality of life.

• Provide exceptional resident‑centered care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene, and personal care
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, repositioning, and use of mobility equipment
• Take and record vital signs and promptly report changes in resident condition
• Answer resident call lights quickly and provide compassionate assistance
• Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed
• Maintain clean, comfortable resident rooms and change bed linens as necessary
• Observe and report physical, emotional, or behavioral changes to the licensed nurse
• Document resident care accurately and completely
• Follow infection prevention and infection control policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Promote resident dignity, respect, and quality of life at all times

• Current Missouri Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
• Successful completion of a State-Approved Nurse Aide Training Program
• Current BLS/CPR Certification preferred
• Previous experience in skilled nursing, long‑term care, rehabilitation, hospital, assisted living, memory care, or healthcare is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
