Qualifications & Skills:

- 2-5 years of supervisory experience
- Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and 5-10 years of experience - Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
Key Duties:
- Manage personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee patient care operations and ensure regulatory compliance
- Act as a clinical mentor and coach staff
- Coordinate with departments to optimize service delivery
- Assist in budget development and adherence to financial goals
