Salary and Compensation

Hourly Wage: $20.5 - $33.5 per hour. The hourly rate equals or exceeds the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be awarded based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
