JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential FunctionsTechnical Capacity
- Demonstrate proactive and creative thinking.
- Knowledge of generally accepted best practices and theory.
- Working knowledge of requirements for calibration, training records and document control.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic failure analysis for quality issues and test equipment.
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and interpret with little support.
- Basic knowledge of quantitative methods/statistical procedures and graphic skills.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work EnvironmentThe employee will be exposed to shop floor conditions, i.e. noise, heat, cold, dust/dirt etc. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
