Part Time Flex Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Dare to exceed individual and store sales goals by building a genuine connection with fans.

• Create an unforgettable shopping moment that exceeds expectations by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
• Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards ensuring a smooth, on‑brand operation.
• Comfortably work a schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Results‑oriented seller with a demonstrated track record in sales.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels.
• At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
• Capability to work from 4 hours per month during slower periods up to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• Reliable support, stepping in during high‑traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.

$15.00 per hour – $17.60 per hour, commensurate with experience.
