Assembly Technician
We’re looking for assembly pros (or soon‑to‑be pros—we train!) who thrive on hands‑on work and want the chance to earn BIG through performance‑based commission.
What You’ll Do- Assemble bikes, grills, furniture, and other retail products accurately and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot issues and produce high‑quality finished builds.
- Use hand tools and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
- Work independently inside major retail stores.
- Hit daily productivity goals and earn commission accordingly.
- Provide friendly, professional interactions with store teams and staff.
- Mechanical aptitude—experience with tools or tinkering a big plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day.
- A desire to earn more through performance.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between nearby store locations if required.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, meet the requirements to pass a motor vehicle record check, and carry/maintain auto insurance that meets the minimum coverage requirements as defined by T‑ROC.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre‑employment drug screening in accordance with company policy and applicable law.
Commission on every item assembled—no cap on earnings. Top performers can earn up to $20–$40 per hour and more. Pay range: $15.00–$15.00.
