Job Overview

Domino's Pizza is seeking customer service representatives to assist with in‑store operations, order processing, and customer interactions. The role includes operating equipment, stocking, preparing product, receiving orders, inventory management, and general maintenance.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division); ability to use a calculator and give correct monetary change.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Ability to operate all equipment and use a computer keyboard or touch screen for order entry.
• Motor coordination and hand‑eye coordination for rapid, precise movements.

• Operate all store equipment and systems.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product in accordance with company standards.
• Receive and process telephone and in‑person orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Assist with opening and closing activities as needed.

• Comprehend and relay written instructions accurately.
• Interact verbally with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in‑person.

• Perform accurate calculations quickly, use a calculator, and provide correct change.
• Enter orders via computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Demonstrate motor coordination between eyes and hands for rapid, precise movements.
• Adapt to varying temperature ranges and outdoor conditions when required.

• Exposure to weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F or higher.
• Sudden temperature changes inside and outside.
• Fumes from food odors and exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Work in cramped quarters, walk‑in cooler, hot surfaces up to 500°F.
• Exposure to sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

  Most tasks performed from a standing position; walking on ceramic tile or linoleum surfaces.

  Paperwork completed at a desk or table in an office.
• Lifting
  :
  • Bulk product deliveries up to 50 lbs at a time; cases weigh up to 50 lbs, dimensions up to 3' x 1.5'.
  • Cases can be lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72" high.
• Carrying
  :
  • Large cans (~3 lbs 7 oz), pizza sauce (~30 lbs), trays of dough (~12 lbs each).
• Pushing
  :
  • Move trays on dollies; require up to 7.5 lbs of force to push; trays may also be pulled.
• Climbing
  :
  Navigate stairs or ladders to change prices, wash walls, perform maintenance.
• Stooping/Bending
  :
  • Forward bending at the waist at the pizza assembly station; duration 30–45 seconds per instance.
  • Forward bending also at front counter and when stocking ingredients.
• Crouching/Squatting
  :
  Occasional tasks for stocking shelves or cleaning low areas.
• Reaching
  :
  • Continuous reaching up/down/forward, up to 72" to operate ovens and rings.
  • Downward reaching to perform tasks such as scooping cornmeal or washing dishes.
  • Forward reaching when obtaining toppings, cleaning surfaces, or answering phones.
• Hand Tasks
  :
  • Eye‑hand coordination essential; continuous hand use involving forearms and wrists.
  • Manipulate pizza peel, rolling cutter, assemble cardboard boxes.
