• Begin each day energized and ready to make an impact. Wear your name badge with pride, greet teammates with a warm hello, and help ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers. Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay up-to-date on current trends and promotions.
• On the floor, focus on the customer – offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating friendly, personal conversations to build customer relationships.
• Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting any needed merchandise moves.
• Finish strong – share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have everything they need, and end with a sincere thank‑you, often walking the package around and using the customer’s name.
• Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities.
• Continuously seek to improve every day, take pride in work, achieve sales goals, and learn from each other to deliver individual and store results.

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be able to: understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors; read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
• Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
• Meet daily sales goal challenges.
• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
• Resourceful and eager to start a new venture, adapt to changing priorities, work independently while thriving in team dynamics.
• Handle electronic devices with no problem.

• Talk, lift, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
• Stand for at least two consecutive hours; lift at least 25 lbs; stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach, including above eye level.
• Requires good close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment, cash register, and ability to process register transactions.
